hard to make sure that all our customers receive the games and products
that they want, promptly and in the best of condition. Unfortunately
this isn’t always in our control, and mistakes and breakages

happen. Sometimes you might have even ordered the wrong game by
mistake, and don’t realise it until you receive it!
If
you want to return your
goods for exchange, send them back to us within seven days of receipt,
in unused, un-opened condition.
Due
to copyright reasons we are
unable to offer refunds on computer software.

you are returning goods
simply because you have changed your mind, they must be unopened and in
