World Championship
Snooker 2004 introduces an
online competitive play mode on all platforms, allowing players to go
head-to-head with a live opponent and play as any one of the 30 plus
professional players.
Renowned for its
immersive and
compelling gameplay, this new edition adds new official content, more
tournaments, new game modes and an enhanced visual engine including
all-new motion captured player models and animations.
In addition to the World
Championships, players can compete in all the real tournaments of the
snooker season, including The LG Cup, British Open, UK Championships,
European Open, Welsh Open, Irish Masters, Player's Championship, The
Masters and many more. The venue modelling is realistic and accurate
and includes the legendary Crucible Theatre, making World Championship

Tour’ Mode allows the user to play through unlimited seasons as a
Snooker pro; and World Championship Snooker 2004 features all the top
players, venues, trophies, and real tournaments of the 2003/4 Snooker
season.
All
the major snooker arenas modelled in incredibly-accurate detail,
including the Crucible Theatre, home to the World Championships.
Fan’s
favourite, John Virgo’s trickshots mode, has been updated to
include both snooker and pool trickshot challenges.
New modes
include the ‘Classic Match’ mode featuring some of the most
nail-biting moments in World Championship history, including the great
1985 final between Steve Davis and Dennis Taylor (famously watch by
18.5 million viewers at the time, a record for a broadcast after
midnight).
